Responsibilities include:

  • Develop the global Community Management strategy and work with the Community team to execute content across all social platforms
  • Craft compelling positioning and generate narratives across different channels (Twitter, Facebook, Medium.com, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, etc.) and matching the message to the mediums
  • Demonstrated experience building and executing competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Experiences with bounty management in the crypto space
  • Identify and execute press and communications opportunities
  • Engage with community influencers
  • Draft community moderation policy and moderate all user-generated content accordingly for each community
  • Plan and manage regional events, meetups, conferences, and hackathons

Minimum Requirements:

  • You have developed a community engagement operation from the ground up
  • You have deep familiarity with managing social media platforms and generating engagement
  • You know how to write high quality copy across different channels
  • Bonus points for familiarity with the blockchain industry
  • Experience with public speaking and pitching potential investors and partners

Preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Speaks Korean, Japanese, and/or Chinese
